Live Cactus Shipping Information

We currently ship live cactus products only to destinations we are permitted to serve under applicable agricultural shipping requirements.

Where we cannot ship live cactus

• Florida

Orders containing live cactus that are addressed to California or Florida must be canceled and fully refunded. We know this can be disappointing, especially because The Dog and Crow Co. is located in California, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

How our cactus ships

Fresh-cut prickly pear pads are carefully prepared and packed for their journey. Rooted cactus products are shipped bare root, without a pot or soil, unless a listing specifically states otherwise.

Important plant note

Every cactus is a living plant grown outdoors. Natural differences in size, shape, color, spotting, healed scars, and surface texture are normal. Prickly pear may also have small spines or tiny hair-like glochids, so please wear gloves when handling it.
